This is a Fitness program that aims to increase fitness level, muscular endurance, coordination, speed and power. This program is suitable for everyone regardless of fitness level. This class is a combination of Taekwondo, Kickboxing and Boxing technique. In T.K.B you will learn the basic and essential punching, kicking and self-defence techniques. You can come and get started straight away. It is guaranteed fun and hard work.
In addition to the fighting techniques, TKB brings in stretching methods and conditioning drills from both arts, giving the participant notable improvement in the following areas:

- Greater flexibility
- Hand-eye coordination
- Improved balance and agility
- Longer endurance
- Better overall fitness levels
- Improved self-confidence
Unlike other formalized martial arts disciplines, TKB has no uniforms, no belts, no ranking structures, and no restrictions. Therefore, anyone can join at anytime. There is no sparring, and therefore almost no risk of injury. The emphasis is on fun and fitness while still building skill sets that can serve someone in self-defense situations.
